basically just takes a word and breaks it into phonemes, it will then replace each phoneme with the longest/most unusual string of letters which (in some words) still produces that phoneme
for example, the "ur" sound in "chURch" can be replaced by "olo", like in "cOLOnel"
its very silly and not practical whatsoever
as a side effect it can generate r/tragedeigh names, even simple ones like "joe" can come out horribly mangled yet still perfectly maintain the pronunciation
